2010 Capitol Christmas Tree

For the first time ever, Wyoming + Jackson Hole are proud to been sending to DC the Capitol Christmas Tree.  A 67 foot Engleman Spruce tree harvested near Moran, Wyo., in the Bridger-Teton National Forest. What a great celebration, parade and send off to DC we had Saturday on our Town Square.  See the Facebook Page for more photos of it being cut down.

Read the moving story of Sandra Seaton who spotted the ‘perfect’ specimen but didn’t live to see it adorn lawn of U.S. Capitol.
